DEEP BREATH.
I was in a meeting today, and all those present were feeling some stress.
Time stress.
Leadership stress.
Expectations stress.
DEEP BREATH.
"Don't worry about anything; instead, pray about everything. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done." Philippians 4:6
Another translations says, "Be anxious for nothing....."
Don't be anxious....Don't worry.
DEEP BREATH.
In your BEST YEAR YET you are going to have GREAT times....and also, you will face times that will test you. In ALL times, whether GREAT or trying....TAKE A DEEP BREATH before you act on what you feel.
I'm not a doctor, or a psychiatrist, or any other type of medical professional, but I do know, through experience, that if you take a DEEP BREATH (or 2 or 100), you will be able to look at your situation more clearly.
In my meeting today....instead of being overwhelmed, we prayed and looked at our situation differently from that point on.
No need to stress. Take a DEEP BREATH and go after your BEST YEAR YET with clear thoughts.
